Returns

We supply all our products with a full 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything, and it's within 30 days of purchase please email us and we will explain how to return an item to get a full refund.

After the 30 Day period many items come with a manufacturers / suppliers guarantee or warranty and we will either offer an exchange or give you your money back, depending on the problem.

Following email confirmation on returning an item, please make sure on returning you include your full name, contact details, order number, a copy of the original invoice, and ideally the original packaging.

If the item is faulty, we will cover second class post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs.  For all returns, please retain a proof of posting, which you can request from the Post Office.
