Ordering and Delivery

When placing an order with ecoU.com you can rest assured that we will to get it to you as efficiently and environmentally friendly as possible.
 
All of the items on our website are held in stock and are dispatched immediately. Our aim is to deliver all orders with Free deivery in 7 working days, and Express Deliveries the following day whenever possible (This is subject to the time the order is placed).  As a guide Express Delivery Orders placed before 2pm are usually shipped that day, but you can always check this will be possible by calling us on 01926 633673. 

As soon as we receive your order you will be sent a confirmation email. The item/s will be despatched on the same or next day depending on the time of said order. If you need something urgently, or for a particular deadline, call us on 01926 633673 during office hours and we will check stock availability immediately for you.  If the item is out of stock we will advise you of the estimated delay enabling you to make an informed decision of preceeding with your purchase or choosing another item.
